All the refunds are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Damaged products: If you receive a product which is damaged, please do not open the AirTight Cushion and report with images at our email address connect@saajgrah.com within 7 days of delivery. No refunds are accepted if the airtight cushion is open.
- Incorrect Products: In the case of products received which are not ordered by you, drop us an email with images of incorrect products within 7 days. Once we receive the wrong product, we will dispatch the actual product. Saajgrah will bear the delivery charges for receiving the incorrect merchandise and shipping the actual product.
- No cancellations are accepted or refunds are issued once the order is dispatched.
- No refunds are issued if the packaging of the product is different from the images shown on the website.
