Shipping Policy

All orders are safely packed and dispatched via premium services like Blue Dart.

We accept only pre-paid orders and do not accept cash on delivery (COD).

Orders once dispatched, cannot be cancelled or replaced.

All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse located across the country and take the following time to be delivered:

• Within Delhi NCR (5 days)
• Pan India except for Delhi NCR (7 days)

Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to delivery .

We offer free shipping on orders above 1000 INR. For orders below 1000 INR, the following are the applicable charges:

• Within Delhi NCR: INR 100
• Pan India, except Delhi NCR: INR 100

We request you to accept the delivery personally. Upon unavailability, please co-ordinate with the delivery team.

We recommend you not to accept the delivery of the package is tempered, broken or there are signs or Spillage or Leakage.

If the products received are damaged or broken, or the order is missing products, please do not open the air cushion and share the images of the products on our email address connect@saajgrah.com. All the claims shall be made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days of delivery, Saajgrah is not liable for any claims related to damages or incomplete delivery.
